To officially register your child at Hand in Hand Preschool & Early Development Center, parents must submit completed enrollment forms, a child registration card, current immunization records, and a birth certificate prior to attendance.

Required Documentation & Registration Fees
A Pre-Admission Statement of Health Form completed and stamped by a licensed pediatrician, family physician, or registered nurse is required prior to attendance and must be updated annually following your child's well-check visit.
Additionally, a non-refundable registration fee of $150 per child or $250 per family is due upon enrollment and annually during your anniversary month.
