Controlled Entry

Access to all classrooms is monitored and controlled through a touch screen security system in the reception area of our early education and preschool program. The installation and usage of this access-control entry system contributes to a greater level of protection and safety for the children attending our school.

Arrival & Pickup Procedures

Parents are required to register a fingerprint and a 4-8 digit access code to allow for convenient entry during the hours of operation. This access data is exclusive to each person and it is requested that the information remain confidential for security purposes. 

The computer entry system enables each parent / legal guardian to easily sign-in and sign-out a child by entering a registered fingerprint and identification code. This process automatically records your child’s attendance along with documentation of the name of the accompanying parent, legal guardian, or authorized contact. During this entry/exit process, parents are also able to review student schedules and account balances or retrieve messages our faculty may have entered in the system.

Video Surveillance

To increase the level of safety and accountability, we have installed a video monitoring system in the areas where children are throughout the day. Cameras monitor all classrooms and outside play areas.

Video monitors are displayed in the reception area for parents to view. In addition, monitors in the main office enable management continuous observation and monitoring of any classroom or play area.
